APLF Mission
The Anaheim Public Library Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing the Library's rich diversity of resources and programming for generations to come. Along with sponsoring author visits throughout the year, Foundation members host a popular Mystery Authors Luncheon and silent auction each Spring to raise funds that support our eBook and audiobook collection, children's and teen programs, and other necessary services for Anaheim's diverse community.
What We Do
The Anaheim Public Library Foundation (APLF) raises thousands of dollars yearly to purchase books, instructional materials, equipment, and furnishings to improve Anaheim libraries. For example, this year, APLF funded the E-book Program so that cardholders can download books at no cost. APLF helped fund the teen programs, STEAM, adult services, and Hot Titles. Through grants awarded, the APLF has funded exciting programs for children.
